But, when I had the opportunity to design a farm-to-table restaurant in Cabo, I knew it would be a unique and exciting challenge. Another important consideration was the use of sustainable design elements. As a farm-to-table restaurant, it's essential to prioritize sustainability and reduce waste. I achieved this by using recycled materials, such as reclaimed wood and repurposed glass, and incorporating energy-efficient lighting and appliances.


One of the most unique design elements I incorporated was a living wall.
