1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat your oven to 350°F 180°C. Grease a 9x13-inch ceramic dish and set it aside.
