After unexpected water damage from a refrigerator leak, our client had the opportunity to transform their dark and dated bathroom into a space that felt more functional, serene, and thoughtfully designed. While we kept the original layout, every surface and detail was reimagined to maximize storage and elevate the everyday experience. The custom vanity, crafted from natural oak, anchors the space with warmth and purpose. Designed with practicality in mind, its drawers were built to work around the plumbing—making smart use of every inch. Above, an oval mirror adds elegance and function, doubling as a medicine cabinet with hidden outlets to keep daily essentials neatly tucked away. A handcrafted ceramic sink introduces a subtle pop of color and artisanal charm, while the shower becomes a true focal point. Wrapped in rich Deep River porcelain tile, it brings a sense of depth and drama. The pebble tile underfoot adds a grounding, organic texture that enhances the spa-like feel. A playful 10” hex tile on the main floor and warm brass fixtures tie the whole room together—balancing color, texture, and interest in a calming, cohesive way.
